Hello! I’m Grace.
As an aspiring filmmaker and content creator, I have always had an affinity for art and visual media. While studying film, television, and media arts at Quinnipiac University, I have come to possess a strong foundation in post-production techniques, which allows me to produce industry-level content within a limited timeframe. My expertise lies in editing for both short and long-form video content (specifically nonfiction/documentary work), with additional skills in sound mixing/mastering and VFX. Working on post-production teams for major media companies like Indigenous Media have allowed me to refine my editing abilities and create exceptional work.
While pursuing my masters in Cinematic Production Management, I have gained experience in creative production within a professional setting. For my senior thesis, I produced “Baby Shoes”, an award-winning independent short film. During this time I was also able to attend the Cannes Film Festival, working directly in the market with the international sales department for Gravitas Ventures. I am well-versed in all areas of production, from budgeting for independent cinema to identifying and utilizing different means of distribution. This, combined with my expertise in post-production efforts, makes me an excellent and adept candidate for a multitude of positions within the film industry.
Some of my abilities include an advanced knowledge of the Adobe Suite programs (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop), as well as experience within marketing, social media management, written communications, and digital content production.
